Whether you run, walk, or something in between, we have an awesome opportunity to support Freekind, which works to end human trafficking. They are hosting their annual 5K on Saturday, April 29th at 8:30am. This is a family-friendly event, which includes a kids fun run for ages 12 and under. The race will be held at the Mariner's Museum & Park in Newport News. If you are not able to make it to the event in person, there is also an option to participate virtually. We'd love to have you join us!
